About This Event

What to expect

L-basingHands-Free

Join Jill & Aaron (AcroYoga Montréal & AcroLove) for two hours of hands-free challenges that you can scale to your level. Hone your axis, find new balance points, and see what happens when you take your hands out of the equation. We'll play with familiar shapes in new ways and explore progressions that challenge your balance, strength, and nervous system.

Your Teachers

Jill & Aaron

Jill has been sharing her love of partner balance and flow since 2005. A longtime community leader in Montréal and teacher trainer with AcroYoga Montréal, she's taught hundreds of practitioners over the years and is known for her ability to break down complex skills into approachable steps. Her teaching brings together a lot of technique with a healthy dose of play. Aaron has been practicing Acro since 2010 and completed the AcroRev (now AcroLove) Teacher Training in 2015. His approach is rooted in exploring weird and unexpected balances, and his workshops invite practitioners to get curious, experiment, and discover possibilities they might not find through more traditional shapes.
