Build a strong foundation for your handstand with Elliott
This Handstand Foundations workshop at Clapham Common teaches you the mechanics that actually build stability and extend your time upside down. We start with safe falling and kick-up control — the foundations most classes skip — before moving into shoulder activation and progressive drills designed to build endurance and real comfort in your handstand.
Elliott is an experienced handstand coach and qualified yoga teacher with nearly a decade of personal practice. He blends his own experience with the disciplines of yoga and calisthenics to help students build functional strength, stable foundations and high-level control through structured guidance. Elliott is known for his ability to coach clients through all stages of their handstand journey, from novice to advanced achievements like the one-arm handstand.
